Did you check the front spark plug wire? Where it rubs against the tank?

Front spark plug wire is good. No sign of wear. There is however a historical code that is coming up but it appears to be associated with the speedo however the shaking was going on for a month prior. Going into the dealer next week for that. I did remap the bike with an earlier map I used to use and will try that out tomorrow

The easiest thing to do since its on decel or at idle, would be to clean the IAC in the throttle body. Also check the TPS connections for any corrosion.

It is most definitely electrical. Changed the map and really didn't do a lot. I pulled the plugs and replaced them today. Seemed to be good. Stopped 8 times without a shake then on the ninth time shaking again bad. 10th and 11th time was good again. One cylinder is cutting out intermitantly. I cant tell which one. Both plugs are good and dry and clean. Double checked the wires and there is no wear on them. They are not rubbing on the tank.

Have you checked the injector wires? They've been known to break inside the insulation. They'll look ok but might have a slight narrowing near the connector. I was able to make mine act up by pushing and pulling the wire in and out from the connector.
