Default front tire alignment

I have a 2012 Road Glide Ultra I took the front tire and Fender off and then I service the suspension Springs when I went and put it back together again seems like the forks are spread too far apart about a quarter inch what I line up the rotors with the calibers the tire won't spin

My 2007 FLHX has two different sized spacers on either side of the wheel. However, your bike has the same sized spacers, so that's not it!

Thank you for your response this bike has abs on the left side and then a spacer on the right side I had to take the suspension out but there's only one way that those can go in I was thinking I could put spacers on them calipers but I really shouldn't have to do that I'd like to find out why it's different

Not an expert but if you haven't already, use channel locks, a c clamp or something similar and compress your brake pads/pistons back in as far as they can go while off the bike. Install the calipers back on over the rotor and there should be plenty of room for the wheel to spin. When everything is done, pump the brake back up. The pads should recenter on the caliper.

Are you installing the wheel backwards? When installing the wheel the ABS bearing (tan colored shield) should be on the left side.

One more thing to add, if the discs are approximately centered in the gap in the calipers where the brake pads are, you are pretty well back together correctly and the above about the brakes would apply. It wouldn't hurt to clean the pistons before pushing them back in. There should be lots of information about that in the maintenance area. If the discs aren't centered in that gap, something is wrong and a few pictures might help.

If you've installed the wheel backwards the spacing will be off as the bearing depths are different on each side.
