Default D&D fat cat & dyno #'s

So, I've surfed Utube for sound bites. The loud baffle sounds cool. But will need to hear it in person B4 I jump on it.
Definitely sound cool. Or maybe it's the boarzilla???

Any have B4 & after dyno results they'd share or good/bad stories. Like to add a little more growl.......I'm ready.

Search for DD Fatcat and FP3. There's a few out there that give some basic numbers. I'm at a loss on a 2-1 too. I may get another Reinhart 2-1. Had one on my SG. Loved it.

I go to Daytona......Nothing I can't stand more. Is when that one bike has a very Distinctive sound and you can't catch up with him to find out what's up.

And that bike I'm talking about......Is probably making 140hp. And that could very well be where it's coming from. Lol!

Can't settle for same old. Gotta find "the one" haha.

Hope you discover through hard data that the D&D is the one for you, Joe. I LOVE the sound of those babies! If I ever change my set-up I'll consider that one pretty hard.

Hey Jim! How's things?

Ya know what it's like when 250,000 bikes come together. And that one stands out in a crowd. Well.....I heard it. But I'm willing to settle. Lol!

Plus I'm ready to jump power up into the 120/120 range. Well see how that goes. I seem to always come up short. Lol!

Ya I get it. Bitch is. You may get that pipe. And still not get that sound. Without the HP.

Good luck.

Things are good, Joe. Spring is basically upon us, and it's riding season for us. Things are looking up!

So how are you going to get to that 120/120? Here in MY climate, with the right setup around a 107" build, 120/120 is doable. I'm not sure that it would be in your climate (I truly don't know), and in a 103" even more challenging. Are you, or have you put a 107" in your steed?

That's a good point. I would think though, that "that sound" would be more a result of several factors, one of which would be more from compression than that of HP being produced in front of the muffler and resultant sound.

I will say this though...my buddy has a CVO 110" with your basic stage 1, etc., as well as a D&D Fatcat, and damn if that bike isn't the best sounding in the bunch. It's not the fastest in the bunch, but it sounds like it is. And his compression is whatever the stock 110" is on a CVO...nothing special there.

Key words Jim "sounds like the fastest in the bunch" you know how that goes. I'm with ya.

Probably have to do a 107" with more compression. The D&D Boarzilla is really geared for higher h/p levels. 120/120 would be on the low end of being productive. You follow .......
