I will add from my experience with the Performance baffle, if you do a lot of long rides, it will get old pretty damn quick. And this is coming from an old fart that loves loud.
Even through ear plugs, Shannon?

Never wore earplugs Jim. I wanna be able to hear everything else going on around me when I'm riding. I'm sure they would help but those pipes do have a pretty heavy drone to them.
With earplugs I'd feel like I was riding with blinders on.

Right on.....It's funny. When you Utube, 98% of the Boarzilla sound clips are what I'm looking for. Safe to say, those guys are making the numbers. Fatcat is more or less like everyone else. Baffle choice & h/p are surely what makes the difference.

I just want to do this one more time. Time is limited and I'm running out of money.

$9200.....Is closer to the truth.

Here's 2 S&S 124" LC crates I just finished up a couple months ago. The red line is with a Fatcat (the customer had this on the bike from the previous build) and the blue line is with a Dragula II from Drago's Bike Works. D&D recommends the Borzilla for anything over 120" (as you already know). My experience is that the Borzilla will make bigger HP numbers but will give up a little TRQ on the low end.

As someone said earlier the 120ST comes with a 1 year warranty. That is true as long as you use the SE Street Tuner with it. The S&S 124" crates come with a 2 year warranty.

How can you beat S & S. It's really a drop in motor with a warranty. Only thing is doesn't give you that Harley does, is the throttle body.

I would also strongly consider the Fuel Moto outlaw 126" 👍👍

120" is going to cost in the $8500 range. Minus the sale of my 103". So total about $6500.
107" build would be in the same neighborhood.

Builders like to build as Picasso likes to paint. Giving Picasso a paint by numbers kit is not fun .

There seems to be a couple different D & D exhausts. Their newest being their muffler with the billet tip?
utubing everything leads me to believe the Boarzilla is the absolute nastiest of the bunch.
as it's been stated earlier...... Horsepower dictates sound. Can't put a Boarzilla on a stock 103" and expect miracles......

Jim, we have talked. The madness will never go away. It's something we must live with........ Joe
I'm currently running the D&D Billet Cat on my 103" with only cams at this time. I called and spoke with D&D for quite a while to decide between the Billet Cat and the Fat Cat. I had never heard the BC before, since it was new, but the FC to me has always had tinny sound to it. D&D told me that they are seeing better numbers from the BC than the FC. I don't think they'd have any reason to give me false information, so I bought it. The sound of it I think is phenomenal. I'm having my build done this June and will see how the numbers come out with it and I'll compare the numbers to the FC and Fuel Moto Road n Track to see which of the 3 will be better. Sound is important to me as well.

In truth.....Numbers mean very little to me. 128-135? I can't tell. Lol! But like you, sound it very important. With good power the Boarzilla is completely different than anything I've heard. That doesn't mean the f.c. or b.c. is not. I just can't buy all of them to find out which? When I already know Boarzilla is sick.
I will need to make a decision in the next two/three weeks.

Absolutely love the looks of the b.c. product. It's what I want from an appearance standpoint. Just need to verify sound quality.

I am the owner of the bike with the red line that Wide Open Cycle posted. I agree with everything sbates and folks said, the pipe will change depending on the build. I had my Dragula on my 107" build and wasn't all that crazy about the sound. I liked it, but it was just OK. Was thinking of a different pipe when I did the S&S 124". Luckily I decided to wait and see how it sounded on the 124. Sounds badazz now, when I fired it up for the first time at the shop I was like wow! Love the sound now.

I would opt for the S&S 124 before the 120, but just my opinion.

Done.....Called D&D just now. Boarzilla is the only thing they have to offer when motor is over 113" With either a wrapped baffle or non.

You can opt for the billet slip on. Same design internals as Boarzilla. See, that was easy.

Only problem.....D&D won't interchange or allow a chrome headpipe with a black muffler. Or visa versa. Which sucks......
