Picked mine up Thursday afternoon. Got this beautiful bitch just under $21,800 out the door and couldn't be happier. Moved the bars forward immediately. Planning on 16" Carlinis, a windshield and slip ons for now.

Read through this entire thread a few times before I finally went and rode one. I fell in love as soon as I saw the color and I knew I had to have it lol

Looks like a different seat. Is it new? What year?

 

I bought it at Frieze HD in O'Fallon, IL. It is new and is a 2017. The seat is a sundowner. The ol lady won't ride with me unless I have a sundowner seat ever since buying one for my street bob.

I called around a lot and not many places seemed to have a RKS in stock and weren't really interested in dealing much if they did have one. I wanted a 2017 because I figured that was my best shot at a good deal. Frieze was the last place I had checked even though it's only 10 miles from me. I've always heard tons of negative experiences about them, so I was a bit hesitant to deal with them. I think it worked out pretty well for me!

I am also looking at the same windshield, what size is that, and how do you feel about it?

 

I picked up a 2012 SG seat like new condition. It looked like to me that the RKS had a seat like the SG. Then I see some pics and they look like a bigger passenger pad. Does anyone have/had a SG and is there a difference in the SG and RKS seat? Pics appriciated.

Much cheaper and ready painted!!

I've got one - makes the back end look much better. I'll post a pic next time.

 

It looks a different color because I painted it Starlight Black, rattle can from Colorite. I will eventually paint the whole bike this color.
