Im going to do the black saddlebag handles too. that one grinds my gears. black out so much of the bike except a stupid little part that now runs me 60 bucks to replace.
I had mine powdercoated for 25 bucks. But I agree, I couldn't believe they were chrome. The fuel cap and gauge was also ridiculous but $250 later its fixed. Harley tax will get you everytime.

I'm in the Jackson (MS) area and just can't find a good powder coating outfit around here. I think I'm going to try VHT epoxy paint on my windshield trim. Definitely like the black digital fuel cap.
Great bikes everyone! I fell in love with this thing in the store and got mine in charcoal gray as well. Harley finally got it right with this one. Ordered some bars from Road 6 Customs and can't wait to get them and put them on.
And just for those that are still questioning the extra cost for no windshield and no passing lights.... I was talking to a fit specialist at a local shop. He just bought a standard 2017 RK. He put black lowers, switched some of the chrome for black parts and changed the rims. He said he was already over $3k into his mods and he was still far from blacking it out. If all I want is a shield for longer rides, I rather have that expense.
