Well hopefully I can get it squared away. I'll keep playing with it because I do like the LED's much better than the stock setup. I went with smoked rear lenses but with colored standard bulbs, it just didn't look right.

Not true! You just have to let the system recognize the load. I have LED's front and rear and all flash at the correct rate including the green indicators. They did flash fast until I did the load set.
To do the load set, turn ignition key on and turn on the emergency flashers, after about 10-15 seconds, the load will level out and all flash rates will be as should be.
