I have been demoing a lot of bikes lately and notice my posture changes with different setups and find my self slouching and then raising my shoulders up while I ride, within 15 minutes I get sharp pains along my upper spine. Just need to remember to relax my shoulders and let them hang. You are probably trying to adjust to be in a familiar riding position and tensing up. With that said, if you need that for an excuse to get some kick *** new bars, then go for it.

 

stock handlebars ruined my right elbow. never had stock bars this bad. just flat out hate them

I replaced the bicycle handlebars with some 16's.

 

No I traded in the CVO. I liked the Cvo, but I wanted to change the wheels, finish blacking out the front end, and maybe paint it. I like the green and black but I wasn't fond of the tribal designs. At the end of he day it was going to be a lot to do all the changes and it would no long be a Cvo. I got a great deal and I brought home the Special.

 

Thanks. It was my Cvo seat. Wouldn't make the deal until they put it on. It's not perfect but I like it more than the stock seat. I felt like it was moving me closer to the tank. There is a small gap near the console. Doesn't bother me yet, but if it does I'll just get seat modified a bit. Need to do something about the thumb screws in the rear.

 

Picked mine up last Monday....

 

I've got that seat on my std King & it's the most comfortable seat I've had, no wonder you made them put it on. I've fitted the CVO dash panel so no gap now, might be an option for you.
