That's probably true lol. Also one note the new oil pump does a much better job in scavenging the crankcase but if you have a bad piston oil jet the motor can still sump.

As with anything these days, there is a few bad apples in the bunch. I would not let the "Maybe" it has loose piston jet oilers scare you away. The M8 is a great motor, and I had almost every new release issue the moco missed, bad oil pump relief valve, loose piston jet oilers, ruined a Stage lll 117 kit and it ended up in the trash, etc, and still think its a great motor

Not on my RKS but I had them on my RKC. I finally got rid of the rear when I moved to fat daddy spokes front and rear. I did keep a small strip of whitewall on my 21" front tire. Way too much work keeping the WW clean especially the rear.

Speaking for myself the more I ride my 2020 RKS the harder it is to want to ride my 04 RKC. Don't get me wrong I'm really grateful to have two great bikes to ride but HD really hit it out of the park with the M8 and the RKS. The bike just handles like a dream and the acceleration is awesome! It practically rides itself going down the road. Any of you guys with multiple bikes feel this way?

I've never ridden a TC, so I can't really compare the two. I have ridden a lot of different M8 models (Softails and Tourers).
Lemme put it this way. I had a 2018 RKS. After it was stolen I had the opportunity to correct any mistakes I made, including going to a SGS or RGS, but I bought a new RKS. I love that bike, and I'm pretty sure my next Harley will again be an RKS.
