wow. I’ve had this set up on my bike since the day I took delivery and have seen no issue like that.

Have you had problems with the trim ring chipping? I've gone thru two of them and yes, I am very careful with the gas nozzle! And NO! I will NOT buy an electric bike...or car! LOL

No I haven't, it looks brand new. The bike doesn't sit in the garage, I do ride it.
I'm trying to think if I let it touch the trim ring when I ma holding the gas nozzle
