Hey Jon, are you looking through your 22" shield or over? I see have / have tried several from some of your other posts. I've tried two different shields now, one a standard 16" per a Harley parts recommendation and it was awful. Triied a 16" recurve and almost as bad. Looking at either a 20" or 22" recurve. I'm not quite 6'1" and don't really want to look through it. Was curious how yours 'fits'. Many thanks.

Has anyone had issues with their seat retainer?? I have a La Pera seat on my 17 RKS, and the thing fell out while replacing it with a thumb screw. Went to harley, they were nice enough to fish it through the rear finder and only charge me $4.00 for the retaining clip. Went to install a phone charger, and again, clip is gone....

I saw what was coming (well actually FUBAR'd my first solo seat install ) so I went to Lowe's and got the 1/4" plastic fender washer retaining discs so that the fender doowakie wouldn't fall down again. I'm not big on nomenclature tonight but it's the disc that's about the size of a fender washer and you push the bolt through to retain it. Whatever its called.
It'll keep the fender whatchamacallit from dropping out when both nuts are off the whatchmacallit

Awesome bro. I'm glad i chose this shield. It fits the "meaness" of the RKS. I think OscarN is the one with the headlight trim visor.
Also, the last cosmetic thing i am going to do for now is to remove the last of the reflectors, which are on the saddle bags with these:

I really want to get a 2-1 stainless exhaust. Honestly I don’t love the look of the stretched bags without the cvo fender anyways. Any suggestions for getting standard size bags without breaking the bank? When ever I look for standard sized bags most mfgrs really only sell the stretch bags.
