I bought OEM style mounting hardware on ebay and had it powder coated.

This is what the OEM mounting hardware looks like:

Thanks man. I was originally planning on the CVO style shield, but actually like the look of their standard one better. So I will definitely look on eBay to find the mounting hardware.

I found the OEM style bar looks the best for me.
You have them laying around and want to part with them by chance? Or do you know the older ultra part number by chance?

just found the part numbers, I looked up a 2013 Street Glide (the 14+ have the notch you'll want to grind out)...

I noticed when i picked up the new RKS that the "Road King" badge on the handle bar clamp was missing, and it was a brushed aluminum badge with no script. I asked the tech who was adjusting the bars for me where it was, and he said it doesnt come with it. I said ok, "i guess". But....all the pics i see, and even on the harley website that the 2019 RKS has the "road king" badge. I called my salesman, and while it wasnt a big deal i asked why it didnt come with it. He said it should have. So, he's going to order me one. Does anyone else have the same brushed aluminum badge?

I got the "Road King" version, never heard about just a brushed aluminum piece.

Thanks Oscar. So it looks like the emblem probably wasn't stuck on properly at the factory and fell off, or someone pried it off.

No problem. Most likely it either fell off or they forgot to put it on. I had looked at several RKs before I bought mine and they all had just a regular emblem with "Road King"
