I was wondering if I was the only one that saw that article. I'm betting a lot of new M8 platform bikes are part of the new models.

 

Electra glide sport: basic like standard but with upgraded suspendtion and hot rod motor. Oh yeah bring back the standard. How about putting the vrod motor in a sport touring bike? I also love sprinters, roadking springer is a great idea too.

everyone loves a springer. they neeeeeed to bring them back. personally if I saw a breakout with a springer id trade my right nut for it. springer classic is a guaranteed seller and I want one, but will more than likely end up getting one as a hand me down in a few years so I'm in no rush to run out and grab one.

 

I want a "Cafe Racer S," which is a Roadster from the factory with all the cool cafe racer parts, plus a larger gas tank, the all-new H-D traction control system with 3 ride modes (rain, road, sport), a flippin' fuel gauge, 40 degree lean angles and 100 hp Stage IV+ 1200 cc engine... all for under $14K. I think I could have some fun with it.

convertible EG/RG ultra. Bigger motor option. they are the heaviest bike in the family and a bigger motor makes sense. quick detach tour pack and cables run into one main plug under the seat, maybe a lift up emblem covering a plug in the fender IDFK. electromagnetic suspension with highway/country settings. some crazy **** to bring it into the future. slide out cup holder in the lowers? electric shock theft deterrent handlebars!? electroluminescent paint! let's get weird!

 

RGU with the RK Special treatment, vivid black through and through although mono chromatic bright yellow, engine and all would be cool.

 

How about Live Wire, it was said (hinted) that Harley would bring out a electric bike in 5 years and that was in 2014. That would put it around 2019 and 2018's are just around the corner(Octoberish).
