Default So...oil cooler thread....

I am saving up for a oil cooler for my 02 king.
I have looked at the main 3...jag, ultra cool and the oil bud.
The jag just looks cheap...
The ultra cool looks like a good well put together kit...leaning towards this one.
The oil bud......
So what are you guys running on older bikes?

Your bike has made it 15 years without a cooler but it needs one now?

But, FWIW I have the Jagg 10 row with fan, and I think it is very well made.

I have two different style Jags with adapters on two different bikes. Been running one of them for twenty-two years with no problems.

Ultra cool last summer w/ wards fans. I like a cool bike after my top end & cam chest rebuild. Maybe the cylinders will stay round now & the hours of lapped vavles might stay sealed

Just removed my Ultracool Reefer setup due to leaks, switching to a remote DK filter setup and a heat sink cooler. Look into the coolers that mount on the crashbar as they get more air flow and possibly a remote filter, I am running lowers so switched to a 2:1 exhaust and placing the heat sink cooler under the saddle bag. Am still running my Wards fans...
