My best HS buddy did this also. He's a pilot based in Detroit. He bought a 2006 RK (it was one year old) and kept it there for a while. When he decided to ride it home he told his wife and she wasn't happy. But I think she quickly realized this was one thing he wanted to do for himself. Soon after I bought my 06 Ultra (I had no wife to "approve" of my purchase!)
It would have to come with everything in the picture and she would have to have a damned good job.

I get the whole "it's a show bike" bike thing but $60 large buys a lot of stuff, be it cars, bikes or whatever.
I stopped by the Arlen Ness showroom yesterday to pick up a new air filter, and he has all his show bikes on display upstairs. Works of art, absolutely!
But can they be ridden everywhere/anywhere/anytime, no way.
