Super Trapps Slip Ons Need SERT,PCIII?
I am puting a set of Super Trapps slip ons on my 07 FKC. Is it neccessary to also go with the SERTand PCIII and Fuel Pak or download and a high flow air intake?
I read a post where someone said you can just install most slip ons and ride.
Any thoughts?

RE: Super Trapps Slip Ons Need SERT,PCIII?
Slip-ons only and you will be fine, as the EFI has enough adaptive learning to accomodate. Slipons and freer flowing A/C would indicate the necessity of a fuel management system.....ie SERT, PCIII, V&H FuelPack, or one of the Autotuners.
Joe Minton, in American Rider, has been doing a 3 part shootout(on 2nd part presently) where he has thrashed a Dyna on a dyno with first being just the A/C, then part 2 was the A/C and pipes, andfinally we subscribers patiently await the inclusion of a fuel management system to finish this research project. I found it odd that the HD Guru would challenge such a feat without a fuel management system in place FIRST. Needless to say, he's found the limitations of a Stage I build with the stock Delphi EFI minus fuel management system.
