Nope, I'd buy another Goldwing 1800 if I need watercooling. I like the rumble, shake, vibration, heat, 45-degree, clatter, clunk, and all the other interesting "quirks' that make my Harley ownership fun and interesting....................I gave up BORING when I chose HD.

ORIGINAL: jmacdonald5...personally I never thought I would want to buy a H2o-Glide, but if it means 110HP and Torque out of the box...sign me up..
I'm waiting for The MoCo to build that water cooled touring engine. And put a bigger gas tank on the dang touring bikes...Jeez, how about a seven gallon tank? It wouldn't be that much larger, and I really hate stopping for gas every two and a half hours when I'm running the interstates.
Actually, I'd really like to see a water cooled, EFI,OHC 1.6L, V-4...Engineered and built in Milwaukee USA. 120hp/150tq stock. I think it's time for The MoCo to 'create' a new Harley sound. Two up touring, towing a trailer, loaded with gear, headwinds, passing semis while riding over the mountains...No problem.

And in my opinion, leave the V-rod alone, modify the jugs and heads add a curculation system and radiator, same harley sound, same look (with lowers) and loads more power..
Heat is the killer of power, get rid of the heat, (controled) and you'll be surprised at the power gain..
