Default Clutch and brake line ???

I'm on a 2016 street glide, I want to do 16" kst apes. I found all the plug n play wire extensions on namz. I've got the hydraulic clutch. Where is the best place to get the clutch and break lines? Examples of experiences etc would be very helpful.

I know I am resurrecting an old thread but I am looking to do the same on my 2018 Road King FLHR without ABS. I am looking at the 16" KST Straight Jacket bars.

Where did you end up getting your lines from?
