Well it took a few weeks to get everything together, but once all the parts arrived we got at this nasty a$$ed 107" assembled and dialed in! The only issues were fittingthe AC backing plate to the HP Throttle Body, and dialing in the Thundermax with the right map. So far I have about 300 miles on the new top end, and I have a few more rides booked for the weekend.
Not sure what the horsepower is right now, but after the top end is seated in and settled, i'll be running this up on the dyno again just to see where it delivers. It has tons of torque,i'd bet it'seasily into the 100+ club, and I couldn't be happier at this stage. Video's will follow and here are a few pics of this stealthy little big twin.
I have a few more Billet parts to install, a full round of Mustang seats on order, a King Tour Pac enroute, and a set of Forge-Tec "Engage" Billet Wheels from Hogpro that still need to go on. All I have to do to finish up is decide on the paint scheme that'll be added soon. Should have it all finished up in July, andwho knows, maybe i'll fishfor a couple nominations forBOTM. (hint hint) lol
To be real serious for a moment, I'd like to thank Bryan, PhilM, Dalton,Biggzed and a few othersfor the suggestions and adviceon the build, and to DI75 for inspiring me with his beautiful Street Glide. These bikes rock, and so do the technical people on this site. Hat's off to all y'all! Take a bow!
