I was just curious does anyone make a replacement for the oval crossover pipe on a dresser I would like to find one with less restrictions

 

Fullsac does, or at least they used to.

Well, they dont mess around at Fuel Moto. Stainless steel construction, etc.

 

On a stock head pipe?
You won't gain much if anything. The majority of your exhaust exits the right pipe. Path of least resistance. It doesn't have to turn 90° to get out.
