Good that you changed that tensioner.
The one pictured looks like it's the first run OEM that has since been revisioned once or twice now.
The common failure was bending in the middle along with sketchy operation due to the overly large sawtooths.
Later models use fine sawtooth and a thicker more rigid assembly overall.
