LoveBugs %^$*#
I'm down here in Florida and live in the boonies. The LoveBugs here this season are horrendous,....it seems that every time they come around they get worse and worse. Well with that said they aint going away. My question is simply this. Does anyone have something that they use to get these klittle bastards off your bike or for that matter any vehicle you drive. I've tried a ton of products but when they shmoosh onto the vehicle it's as though thier innards are made of super glue.....So any help would be great.....
Thanks folks

get large soft towels and place on bike / car then soak the towels and walk away..return about 20 to 30 minutes later.. 90% of bugs will just drop off with the hose or stick to towel...flip towel and repeat ...do not scrub at the bugs because they will scratch the plastic windshield and paint..2 large beach towels and 2 smaller ones for the mirrors are ussually enough for most cars and bikes.

Also use aused dryer sheet, you know Bounty softner sheets, when your wife removes them from the dryer keep'em,wet bike and dryer sheet, love bugs will melt away. The dryer sheet will turn the water milky and will leave a film, so after the bugs are gone wash with soap

Nasty little critters - I keep a bottle of S100 Special Surface Cleaner in the trunk and get these guys off as soon as possible when riding. When I get home, I use warm water towel trick mentioned earlier. Seems to do the trick.
