Default Length of toe/heel shift lever extended reach

My heel shifter is about 1" shorter than the floorboard and I want to change the heel shift lever to the extended reach part - p/n 33600001.

Although the catalog shows that the extended reach lever is 1" longer than the standard, the problem is that HD does not publish the actual length of either one. So I don't know which one I actually have. I cannot tell by the picture in the catalog.

Does anyone know (or can measure if you know which one you have) the actual length of either one?

Thanks,
Mike

My extended rear billet lever 33600001 is off the floor board by 3/4". I have the short front billet lever.

X Iron Butt, I appreciate you taking the time to measure that but that wasn't my question

I want to know the length of the lever. To make it easy, just measure from outside of one end to the outside of the other end. Thanks!

The stock shifter is about 6-1/4" from the center of the splined shaft to the center of the peg stud. The extended is about 7-1/4.

Thanks. I was thinking of posting in the classifieds here. First thing I will do is measure mine.

Mine is the standard length. Now to find the extended lever. I don't want to replace the toe shifter, only the heel shifter. I don't want to pay $150 for the set either.

I added the Harley extended shift levers for both the heel & the toe shifters the are 1 inch longer.
Part #33600001---There wasn't enough room for my fat feet.

If you need more room go to www.waltersworkshop.com
Walter has a 2 inch extended shift lever, that looks like a stock lever but is 2 inches longer.
