Well and good.

fwiw:
1600 degrees F for aluminum anti-seize.
1800 degrees F for copper anti-seize.
2400 degrees F for nickel anti-seize.

All are well above a muffler joint temperature.

The copper for high temp on exhaust is the ticket.
Generally, I try to avoid dry fitting something that will need taken apart later. I spent a long time taking apart a delta shower faucet the other day that had been assembled dry. Penetrate, peck peck, try, over and over, finally apart without damage back into the wall. I used a good food safe silicone grease during reassembly, never an issue at the next time. Anything is better than nothing, even if it's just pam cooking spray.

Ive used the grey never seeze for over 30 years on exhaust, it is absolutely fine. IIRC the grey temp spec is higher than a exhaust muffler temp.

I just happen to be changing out mufflers today, as soon as Fed X gets here. And due to this thread had checked my Napa brand aluminum and as you stated it is 1600 degrees. I will not hesitate to use it on my 07' Dyna.

Well, turns out the only thing I got that was "RUSH" was the box. E-Bay seller shipped stock mufflers in Rush box.

You should be using it on your wheel axles too . Great stuff but yes it gets on everything but it works.
