I did the exh tip a little different. It would've cost $500 to have it machined out of a solid bar of aluminum. I would have to buy 5-10 to bring the cost down. So I had the old tip machined down to fit in a 4.5" OD x 4" ID aluminum tube, I had the OD machined down to the same diameter as the pipe. I need to sand blast it, weld it, and chrome it. right now I only have $30 in parts, all the machining was favors from friends.
