If the heat started when ya did the slip-ons and breather (fans, oil and oil cooler have little/nothing to do with exhaust heat) it is a "tune/map problem. If it stared all the sudden it may be a sensor or intake leak. Need to do some trouble shooting (hard to do on the internet) before throwing money at it, but a proper tune is always a good idea.

Good question,On that particular day I was wearing my sneakers with no socks,but I think even with the socks on it would have been unbearable.I'll follow grbrown's suggestion and visit my dealership before starting to throw money away.I never thought I would need a tuner since the only modification (slip-ons and cleaner)were done at the dealership along with the stage1.Thank you guys for all the suggestions!
