This is what I have. And I lied. The bracket doesn't line up enough to get both bolts in.

 

those big washers are not used. the lock washers go on the bolts that hold the pipe to the trans mount.

 

What about the long bolt?

 

nope, not used either. I suspect it must be used on some other model and they just throw it in the bag.
