I just put 12" Vindikta Marauders bars on my 2016 Road Glide Special and was able to use all stock wires and cables. If you have a 2013, I would change the bushings and go with Poly bushings.
I would call the folks that make the bars and ask them first hand. They should, know and give you good advice. I believe on any of the pre Rushmore bikes you will most likely have to change the cables.
You will need to extend wires and cables for a batwing on any bars above 12". I am waiting on my Vindicta bars to come in that I ordered on black Friday.
Some get away with re-routing the clutch cable but I think with these bars they will be more like 13" so I feel you pain and I will be having to extend all also.
Here is the number for them 909-215-9489 the guys name is Joe that I have been emailing.

Thanks again//// Peace and Prayers
ive done 4 bar swaps on my king before i settled on my 12" carlinis ...i did use the Harley extension, $29, for the live wire, just so it had plenty of room to move it around in the headlight...the brake and clutch stock cables fit no problem i think the Road King and Road Glide are almost the same... except i have a cable clutch
SORRY THOUGHT IS WAS A RG..... BATWING gonna be different
I have 12" Yaffe's and yes you will need to extend wires, clutch cable and brake line. If you want the cables and lines run the same as factory you will need longer ones.
i have the 12" Vindicta bars on my '09 Flht, all the wiring was ok just had to reroute the fairing bundle but did replace the clutch cable and brake hose.
