Your bike is not trashed.
The bike is just dirty based on your description.
There are no magic sprays that remove dirt without wiping.
Something might help but it will not remove everything.
Clean the visible and forget the rest.
The bike was designed to ride in the rain.
You can still say "never ridden in rain" when you sell it, as it was on a trailer......

And that **** will leave "pecker lookin' tracks on anything that it doesn't get taken completely off of too. White crap that will not come off.
I hate it for that reason alone which is enough of a reason for me not to use it.
Learned this lesson with it.
OP, I normally don't and wouldn't but if your ride is THAT trashed from road grime, there is no harm in taking it to a car wash and using a wand on it.
Just stand back @ least 6 feet and don't focus on one area too much.
Just don't do the dash and electronics with the wand.
You could always hand wash it with the garden hose too at home.
I hate it for that reason alone which is enough of a reason for me not to use it.
