Fuel Pump Shot?

Fuel Pump Shot?
Details:
-2012 Road Glide w/47K miles +/-
-Plenty of mods that shouldn't be a factor
-Brand new battery
Haven't had a single problem in the 4 1/2 years that I've owned it, and out of the blue it won't start. Turns over, and I can hear the fuel pump engage, but won't start.
The battery had been on a slow decline, so since it was on my list to replace I go ahead and do it thinking that maybe the amps aren't quite enough to turn it over hard/fast enough to fire it up (yep...I'm challenged when it comes to electronics!). No go. Brand new battery and it still doesn't start, only now the fuel pump isn't engaging. Dead silence when I hit the "run" button.
Any suggestions on my starting point to narrow down the possible problem is much appreciated!

Check the fuel pump and main fuses. If there is power to the pump the first thing the dealer would check is fuel pressure which you probably don't have the equipment to do at home. Try disconnecting the fuel line quick connect at the tank and reconnect to bleed off some pressure and try the pump again. I've had fuel problems twice. Mine would start though but wouldn't rev. First time was a warped fuel pump lid, the second time was a plugged filter. I know now that if I have trouble again the first thing I'm going to do is replace the filter.
