Beautiful bike! Before I had that fender painted I would have those rivet heads removed. Will really clean up the fender.

Like the style of the fender, hate the rivets, I went with Klock Werks Wrapper, similar style, metal and no rivets. I'd weld the bracket and remove the rivets and it will look great. The side covers look good. Nice choice.

I just bought a Yaffe front fender " Thicky OEM", no rivets and made from 14 gauge steel. I like the looks of the those fenders.

your bike is a 16 I take it and the 17 side covers fit with no issues from the look of it also what bag extensions are you using

While not my style- I admire that the line of the fender- the radius- perfectly follows the wheel, tire, rotors etc.
oh so often a fender almost but doesnt quite- and it looks stupid.

that fender gives the front an aggressive look- even though it isn;t lowered.

Nice job- I will agree that if you are doing anything with paint- have the braces welded and grind off and fill the rivets- you'll love yourself if you do it now when it's easy and cheap.

at same time you eyeball your bike and your design- will you be doing anything in teh rear which could have extra holes filled and painted etc.
Like if you commit to the solo seat, fill that mount hole and smooth the fender
