It has beenraining almost every day for weeks now. We were in a drought that lasted several years and believe it or not, some of the lakes around here in north Texas are still low!I dont really want the rain to just quit though, we get all our drinking water from these lakes and we have been on water restrictions the last couple of year, ie, no watering lawns, no washing cars ect... Anyway, Im sure it will quit soon enough (and then start getting stinking hot!)

They are saying rain all week..... As for flooding I havent seen any yet but we do have some great drainage.... except for some underpasses...... I beleive they fixed it a few months ago cause idiot people drive in them thinking they are boats...

 

I'M ALIVE!!

I got real wet yesterday on the Street Bob but I'm all dried out now.I've had a little over 12" sense Thursday.The sun is out now and they say it's gonna dry out for a while (maybe).I gotta go and pump some water out of the pool and then take the E-Glide out for a tuning run.

P.S.Spike,They tried to throw Me over but I was hiding under the ***** of a 74 year old woman

 

got to ride on sat. and sun. morning in houston. it was clear blue skies but rain opened up in the afternoon. i think today should be a wash

Live in East Texas - took this week off thinking I would get some riding in. Forecast says rain everyday this week. Possibly clear on Friday - can't to see how humid it is. Did manage to get a few miles in yesterday before it started raining.

 

Yeah - sun's out like crazy right now....of course, with HR headin' out on the bike, it's gonna rain again any second....

Hopefully it'll dry out 'nuff ta lemme mow the yard!

We are all still tryin' to ride as much as possible, but right now, everytime we go out, it's a 50 \ 50 shot you're gonna get drenched!!!! [&:] If this persists, I'll definitely take you up on the ark offer!
