I have the Dunojet Power Commander PCII on my03 SERK and also the stage 1 download.

My question is is there much of a difference between the PCII and PCIII besides the PCIII is USB?

I 'm trying to decide on wether or not to update to the PCIII?

II is only capable of a single tune for both cylinders, minor trimming between the 2 of them.....

IIIr is capable of individual cylinder tune....

IIIusb is the newest variant..... many more features....

If you MUST use a PC, upgrade to a IIIusb unit....

 

I've only ever owned the one I've got -- the PCIIIUSB, but I've got to say my bike runs awesome with it. I'm sure other PC versions probably run just as good, but really happy with mine, and I've got the old MM EFI. Just my 2 cents.
