Default Please tell me what bars these are
I thought Todds Cycle but don't want the step down in the riser section. looking to put something similar on my RG.

Perhaps they are HD Chiseled low bars??

They look like z bar style with 14 inches of rise. True z bars have a ton of pullback like buckhorns.

They look an awful lot like the LA Choppers Twin Peaks.

pretty close to these but I think the handgrips come down at a sharper angle on the HD chiseled bars. Not sure which bars the OP found.
