Default 02 Road king died after running 3 seconds

This afternoon my 02 RKC wouldn't Stat running. It would fire up fine then kill itself after 3 second. It gave me no error codes. I disconnected the battery for a minute then all was well. It ran fine and I got home no problem. I did wash this morning. I just use the garden house and a master blaster drier. I've never had this issue before. After I got home I fired it up a few times no problem.

Anything I should look into? Any insight about this? Thanks.

could be you have a had battery connection- and when putting the cables back on made it tight.

or maybe water from washing- I cover the intake and exhaust with bags- I don;t use a powerful stream, bucket, soap, sponge

Definitely check the battery connections. Besides being tight, ensure they are "clean" in order to make absolutely sure that the most surface area is in play. Any corrosion or imperfections will decrease the surface area and decrease current through the connections.
Usually, it's tough to get it started though with dirty or loose connections. Keep us posted.

Check the fuel line where it connects to the tank at the quick disconnect, if you have fuel injection. That plastic L shaped fitting will slowly wear indentations from the check ***** holding it in, allowing the fitting to pull far enough out to close the one way check valve.

ETA: this is if you have the single fuel line at the tank and fuel injection.
