As the title says, just wanted to publicly say a big thanks to Jamie at Fuel Moto. Long story short...purchased a Power Vision from them and had a custom tune loaded for my bike. I've been having issues with excessive "pinging" or what others have referred to as "knock". The new tune helped considerably but it's still there. Sent Jamie an email and within a day, he had a new map/tune for me.

Wow!! I was not expecting that kind of turn-around fully knowing they are up to their a$$ in alligators right now with all the new M8 stuff being in high demand.

That kind of support & service is 2nd to none...absolutely fantastic! What a stand-up company. I would highly recommend Fuel Moto for all their products & service. You can't buy this kind of support. Too often you only hear the bad & bitching when someone has been wronged (or felt they've been wronged). Just wanted to share the good.

Now if only the weather in the north co-operates for a while, I can get out and try this new tune.
