I have a custom Warrior pattern seat from Harley. It sets real low and back. Its not good for a passenger at all. The seats profile is so low you cant run a drivers backrest with it. I love it. i will try to post some pics when we get back to work. JimmyZ

dunno about the passenger... you don't want 'em too far back or they will end up sitting too far back on the rear fender which makes going over bumps more interesting.

Try turning your highway peg mounts around so that the bolt is in front of the crash bar. I switched to a road zeppelin and its a little higher which changes the postion to the floor boards.

I have a HD Tallboy seat on my Ultra. I'm not sure if they make one for the road king or not, but It works well for me. I am 6'4" and the stock seat had me cramped on leg room. The tall boy (according to my dealer) moves you up 2 inches and back 1 inch. It is a nice setup for me. I also thought the price was nice at $299. I still have enough room for my passenger, but I had to move the tour pack to the rear most mounting position.

I have a new HD tallboy seat off my 07 road king. It set me back too far and now I am in the market to sell it. Interested?

I have the Corbin Hollywood Solo on my Road King (photo below). I sit way back compared to my Ultra. It is so far backI cannot mount the solo tour pack. They also make a passenger pillion for it. It is not tall however; you sit lower on the bike. It is fairly stiff seat though. I rode it 450 miles in one day last weekend and had no comfort issues with it.
