I put a HD Badlander seat on my FLHT for the same reason, seems like I have about 2 more inches of legroom now. It is a hard seat though.

I also have the Tallboy and not only do I love it, but the wife loves it also. The seat gave her so much more cushion than the stock seat. I'm 6'3" and she is almost 5'11".

 

Has anyone tried the "Tall Boy Handlebar" part number 56964-07 onone of the newerEG's? I have the seat but still feel too close to the bars. I want just a bit of a higher hand placement, not apes or even baby apes. Problem is you can spend a bunch of dough before you get to "feel" it.

Just bought a tallboy from Chicago HD Thanks for all the input!!!!!

 

I tried the sundowner and a week later replaced it with a mustang. LOVE IT! Also extended out the foot boards and LOVE IT! Also hiway pegs angled back toward the foot boards (heal rests on the board and toe rests on the peg) and LOVE IT!

 

Monza how did you move the boards? Do they drag now?
