You must not have heard a Biketronics stereo. At 90 MPH, I can clearly hear my music.

For full disclosure, I have a HF jack and a complete Biketronics audio. So, I'm not always cheap.

Years ago, I started a thread surveying why folks had "jack mishaps." https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...ack-wars-4.htm. Regardless of the manufacturer, reported/admitted problems were due to operator error and not jack failures.

I have used Harbor Freight for 20+ years. When bottle went bad I bought a J&S. While the J&S is better built and operates a little smoother. I would never hesitate to use one from HF.

Another thing to consider that most people don't seem to these days, is the J&S is made in America. This matters to me as I try as much as I can to support our work force and economy.

It's more difficult to do these days....especially for car/truck parts. Napa can't even confirm where they get their parts. Got 2 harleys, 2 chevy's, 1 chrysler. My daily driver s10 runs great and has 277k miles on it. looks good too. Let's make America great again!
