Unlike most metric bikes, USA Harley touring bikes and probably the entire Harley lineup doesn't have a jiffy stand safety switch like that required in most other countries.
OK battery is good, I'm getting a no response ECM code and a body control module code, yes the kill switch is in run position. Is there a fuse I'm missing or do you think the reverse current toasted one?
I believe the reverse current damaged something. If the ecm is truly reverse polarity protected then you need to find out how it's protected and check that. A factory service manual with wiring diagrams is likely to be your best source for that information.

This is very possible. I would hope the default fusable link would prevent it, but anything is possible.
i would ask, how you have determined the battery is good. If gauge in dash shows good voltage check battery voltage with an external gage check to be sure.
may want to go into security preset pin to be sure things are pairing with security lockout.
I read on this forum that there is a little white plug on the starter that can come loose at times and cause the starter not to go. It is easy to see from the right side of the bike. You might try to see if it's all the way pushed in.
I bring both FOBs out to crank it, even experimented by taking the battery out and the bike tells me to enter pin. Are there any more fuses I can check? Manual only has the one spot. I've pulled in the clutch and made sure it is in neutral a few times, guys I just don't know. Also battery is showing almost 12v on the dash and 100% charged on the charger, the starter should do something right? I appreciate all the responses.
This how/when you confirmed your battery was good? Almost 12V.
From Ripsaw's post:
12.8 = full charged
12.6 = 75% charged
12.3 = 50% charged (Lot of new modern cars with system protection will not even click at this point but will have good headlight beams showing)
12.0 =25% charged
After confirming all fuses are good, I would replace the battery, your battery is not fully charged, or not capable of holding a full charge.
So I took it into HD and they took a look, ended up being a bad ECM. The first guy wanted to charge me but luckily my buddy came out and said that should be under emissions warranty which is up to 5 yrs so be sure to ask guys!
Glad you got it fixed. Also glad they did not read your first post. Need to guard that warranty. However, the ECM should be protected from reversing the jumper cables. I have always understood that as voltage drops, amps increase. And that low voltage can hurt electronics. My friend is an electrical engineer. He told me that was not totally true. So, who knows.
