Default Mini-Footboards

Anyone used mini foot boards for highway pegs?

Likes? Dislikes? Does it provide any additional support or is it any more comfortable then standard highway pegs?

Something like this:

Thanks,

Robert

That looks more like a brake or shift pedal?

There was a guy selling a pair of these on here I believe, you might find the post and see what he thought of them. I changed out my floorboards for the CVO/SG type in chrome, which look cool but the GF don't like them and when I stop, her shoes/boots hit the back of my leg unless she splays out her feet.

I've got these, like them a lot. Use them more than the footboards, and they offer multiple foot positions on longer trips.

I'm the one who had the mini foot boards for sale on here. They come standard on new Ultra Limited Lows for the passenger. My wife hated them. Last bike had the standard full size foot boards and she wanted them again. So, you know how that goes ........ gotta keep the boss happy!
Not sure if they could be used as highway pegs.

I replaced the passenger foot pegs with floorboards for my GF who hated the pegs. I used the pegs as highway pegs and they have been great and match the floorboards. I would assume the mini foot boards would work too, but it would require a try out IMHO.

Harley sells mini footboards as an alternative to driver high pegs. That's what I want to use them for, not to replace my standard floorboards.

Not a brake pedal. It's a mini floor board to be sued as a highway peg versus the standard size pegs.

I think they would work well if you adjust the angle to match the angle most comfortable for your reach and could give you more room to move your foot around on them.

I have these on my metric touring bike, don't know how they compare for size:

On my Streetglide I added passenger boards and used the passenger pegs for highway pegs because I was cheap.

Good luck in your search and definitely post whatever you put on the bike!

Yeah I got what you were saying. The only reason I said what I said is looking at the picture it looks as though that mini floor board is attached to a shift lever.

Maybe its just me, but doesn't that look like a shift lever?
