That's not a stabilizer.
Run it thru when you can, go with a good stabilizer.
I use Seafoam, personally.

 

You could always take a long ride when you get clear weather, might be in a week. You could add the Techron on that ride to help clean the injectors, then add a fuel stabilizer when you fill up.

I ride year round where I am, but still use a fuel stabilizer. That ethanol attracts moisture and sinks to the bottom when not riding for awhile.

 

I've used the plain old Stabil for years in bike, Vette, ATV and lawn mower. Never had any problems. Old fuel is relative. If your bike would run normal on the fuel that is already in it, then you can stabilize it and it will be just fine. Fresh fuel would be best, but it's not necessary. I've proved it to myself several times. Put some Stabil in, run it so it circulates and shut it off till spring. It will start and run just like it did when you put it up.
