The install went very well, no major issues. Removed the old chain cams and tensioners. The simplicity of the gears is very nice, makes for an easy install. My tensioners were on their way out anyways.
The bike started right up, sounded good. Already have a few mils, just need to get it tuned.
Those don't look too bad, actually. Mine were worse at about 18,000.
Enjoy the 37S! They may be a little "soft" on the low end if you didn't do anything else, but when you get going, they'll really come alive.

This may be a topic of discussion for another thread... I may consider a different cam; I thought these along with the higher compression would give me a lot more low end grunt. I usually cruise at 70 (3000rpm), only get up towards 4000rpm when going through the gears. I think I would be happier with a cam that pulled strong from 1500rpm to 4000rpm.
On another note, I can't even hear any whine from the gear drive. Sounds nice and quiet, and I don't have to worry about tensioners! At least on this bike.

Wow, what a difference a bigger Pilot Jet makes. I must have had this thing too lean, had a 45, put in a 48. The pinging went away and it's pulling a lot stronger. Really gets going above 2000 rpm.
I didn't realize you bumped the compression.
Yes, above 2000, they really come alive. I'm very happy with mine. Although I may go to 57s that are the same but more lift.
