Default shock air pressure

I got a 04 electra glide classic and was wondering what would be an overall good psi for the shocks for both solo ridingas well as packing a passenger. I realize that each biker is different but thought I'd ask....

It goes by your weight. If you have your owners manual it gives you pressure settings for your weight and what psi to set them at. It's a good starting point. I'm fat and ride solo, but carry tools, spare plugs, air pump for shocks, 3 D cell flashlight, small air compressor & slime, spare clothes, rain suit....... Mine are set at 25-30 psi.

I'm about 175 lbs and run about 5-10 solo.
Wife goes about 150 so I run 25-30 with passenger.
If we run longer trips with more equipment , I'll go to max on the shocks.
You'll find a sweet spot after a while that you like.
Just grab a Harley pump and keep track as you go.

It really all depends on how stiff of a ride you really want...

ditto...
it depends on how 'stiff' you want the ride
I have an 01 that has both front and rear air suspension
I run 15# in the front and 25# in the back.
If I really load the bike down I will go to the max on the rear 35# then let it our later.
The bike really handles better with some air even if you are solo with no gear on board.
