Default Information on Brukus....

Good morning; Riders. In July I ordered some lockware for the side hardpaks from Brukus; after reading on this forum of guys who had purchased and installed those locks.
For a number of reasons I decided to cancel my order with Brukus's agreement.
After numerous contacts with Brukus; I'm still waiting to get my refund. It's been about 1 month since cancelling that order.
Before initiating any other action I would like to hear from others who have dealt with this company; good or bad.

Thanks for taking the time to respond....

I have not dealt with that co. I would not have waited this long to start further action. what do they say when you contact them. how did you pay.

They seem like a small company. I would call them a few more times, maybe send emails, letters, etc...., before taking any more serious action. I think they value their customers and brand. I've ordered from them twice so far and found them to be very helpful. I would make every attempt to work with.

Thanks for the responses.
It's been over 30 days since we agreed to cancel my order.
We have corresponded approx. 30 times (through emails) about my refund.
Always seems that "another" issue always prevents the refund.
Again; thanks for taking the time to answer.

Back charge it; I wouldn't mess with them any further. This is a business, not a drinking buddy that owes you money.

AGREED!

OP - SCREW what anyone else's experience has been with Brukkus! Yours is yours alone, and you shouldn't need any affirmation on doing what you know to be right in protecting your wallet when and if you're not being treated fairly or honestly by a merchant.

I agree with the two above me. If you can't handle ALL transactions in a business professionally you get what you deserve.

I get the feeling that they are defunct. They came out with a new product and it didn't work and they disappeared. The 14 Rushmore's ended the need for their first product also.

Their website looks alive and well, even has a reference to the M-8 bikes. A mystery they are not dealing with this matter in a more capable manner.

This is why I use a Charge Card when I buy Bike parts, so you can have a recourse if there is a problem.
I have also used PayPal for the same reason. The longest time for me to get a refund has been 6 months.
Being nice when talking to a manufactures, sometimes helps, hope you work it out and receive a refund.
