Default ANDREWS CAMS

Asked for some advice on cams in one of my posts. Someone mentioned andrews 37g cams. Are the 96" gear driven or do I have to convert? Just lookin for bolt in cams right now, not doing any motor work just exhaust, tuner and aircleaner. Any other recommendations on a good set of cams for this combo ??

Yes you will need a gear set to run a gear cam but that is up to you more $ more power less maint. be your own judge and cam selection depends on what you want from your bike only you can know whats best for you read, read, and read some more alot of info on the subject and even more opinions.

They do make various chain driven cams which would be a drop in job. You shouldnt have any problems finding a mild "drop in cam", since your basically gonna be running a stock bike. But yes, it will cost more if you want a gear driven set of cams.
