I have access to a machine shop at work; we have presses there and miscellaneous hardware. That should get the job done.

You can find the same of the advice offered via the internet too.
BTW, not saying anyone who has offered up some advice or tips here are being a dumb-azz.

First impressions at any shop will tell you within 45 seconds if they are reputable and standup.

There are also lots of internet videos that will show one on how to install the cam bearings and cams with some good old Yankee know how too.
