Take it to a big truck tire shop and use the big one inch air gun on it.
that ought to break them little suckers loose.!!!!!!

Seriously though they normally use a yellow locktite on them.

Normally a sharp rap with hammer on end of your driver will break the "seat"
loose.
Or a small propane / butane torch on them to warm up and let the "seat" loose.

had to run to wally world to get DEEP sockets,that worked for me.

Are these a different kind of torx? my bit fits but seems a little looser than it should, seems like Iread about a torx +[sm=confused06.gif]

Didn't have any issues removing mine, used a 1/4" ratchet and they loosened up easily. Bike had 6,300 miles onit when I changed it toa Big Sucker.
