Default Mobil gear oil

Has anyone used Mobile 75/90 Synthetic gear oil in their tranny? If so is it good?

I have been using it for the last 25,000 miles, no problems.

YES. YES.

It shifts smoothly every time now, easily into neutral, even cold. Syn3 sucks.

Big Mobile 1 fan for autos. I found the V-twin 20/50 at Autozone so I'm set for my next oil change. Would like to put in the tranny also.

Is this exactly what you guys are using OR is there some other special blend of 75/90 that you are using?

I've been using the 75/90 for about 7500 miles and havn't had any problems at all. Shifts nice and smooth. Don't like the Syn-3.
The Mobil 1 you linked to is for the LSD 75/90. That's for Limited Slip Differentials in cars. It has additives for the Diff. I don't think I'd use it in my bike. Just using the Mobil 1 75/90 gear lube.

Mobil 1 75/90 gear lube[sm=smiley20.gif] I use it and love it. Smooth shifts, and neutral is easier to find.
