Wires today are way better than in the 60's. I have been bit several times years ago. A shop teacher I had would show us how tough he was by grabbing a handful of wires he knew were bad on an old Chevy and taking a hit. It's a stabbing pain touching a bad wire.
My bike is recently started to randomly stall during stops so I tried wiggling the spark plug wire to see if it was seated correctly and got zapped.. Does this mean my wires are bad or maybe my plugs? Thx
You're young right? First time you've been zapped by a spark plug wire?
They are leaking, replace them and plugs. These new ignition systems carry enough voltage to kill you, especially if one may have a bad ticker. Back in the day it was, ok don't do that again.
